Jessica is honored to share her love of the arts, sciences, and teaching through somatic practices that navigate the nervous system and habits of the mind to cultivate invaluable tools such as self-efficacy, emotional processing, and self-expression.
She is an award-winning educator for her arts integration, and culturally sustaining, trauma-informed practices in the classroom. Jessica began her lifelong relationship with the performing arts at age three in musical theater and as a musician. In addition to playing piano, Jessica is a teaching artist offering drama, playwriting, and musical theatre—sharing her talents for art that encourages social change.
She is a teacher of all things mindful, an energy worker, a breathworker, a creative soul, a mover, and dancer. She loves to laugh, have adventures, and squeeze the juice out of life.
