A conscious breath and energy immersion for emotional release and deep rest.
This guided breathwork experience offers a 3-part, conscious connected breathing pattern with music and intuitive energy work to help you process and release unmetabolized emotions and energetic charge in your body.
Before we begin, I’ll offer a group card pull and intuitive reflection to invite awareness of what’s most present. During the session, you’ll be guided through the breath to access a meditative, expanded state of consciousness. Afterward, we’ll integrate through journaling prompts and optional sharing.
No experience is necessary—simply come as you are and allow your breath to lead you home.

What would it feel like to soften into your Self—just for you, and no one else?
To be held—in body, breath, and belonging—without needing to strive, perform, or explain?
You’re invited to a 3-hour intimate gathering designed to help you remember and return to your inner knowing. Through breathwork, mindfulness, ritual, and nourishment, we’ll explore what it means to truly receive, nurture, and choose your Self—again and again.
This is an invitation into sacred pause.
 A space of gentle remembrance.
 A ritual of creative tending.
